Big Brother Update Wednesday 12th June
A new task has been set for the housemates, which will give them the opportunity to win £80 towards their weekly shopping budget.
The housemates will have to learn how to be quintessentially English and learn the requirements of British etiquette in order to pass the task.
Entitled the Best of British task, it will see Rodrigo and two others take part in the challenges, which will include a horse-racing element with them becoming jockeys with a £40 bet to place. They will also be required to play the bagpipes and participate in a Welsh bog snorkelling competition.
Unless there are more challenges yet to be uncovered, are we the only ones who fail to associate these tasks with etiquette?
It would seem Freddie and Marcus predicted their fate correctly as both will stand for eviction this Friday after having received the most nominations from the other housemates. Marcus received seven votes with Siavash being the only one not to nominate him.
He was closely followed by Freddie who received five nominations from Charlie, David, Sophie, Lisa and Rodrigo.
Many of Marcus’s votes stemmed from the Big Brother announcement that they were free to discuss nominations, whereby he told the group openly that he would like to be put up for eviction this week.
Sitting by the pool Charlie and Marcus have been discussing the imminent eviction and Charlie announced he did not want Marcus to leave this week. Almost tempted to vote for Siavash, Charlie confessed that he did not have a valid reason and would have felt duplicitous.
With Marcus up against Freddie, who knows what the outcome will be at this point. Will Freddie continue his run of luck by being victorious once again?
