Big Brother Update: 19th August 2009
The housemates had a rather worrying awakening this morning when they went out to the garden to find it littered with gravestones; even more so when they read each tombstone and discovered Big Brother had engraved housemates’ names on them.
The housemates have found a trail of dismembered body parts scattered over the garden with a hand on Sophie’s grave and blood in the bathtub.
Lisa seemed pleased with the new task props saying “this is going to be a good, good task” before beginning to sing Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller.’
It is all part of this weeks shopping task and all of the housemates will have to reside in the house of horrors, participating in four separate challenges in an attempt to pass. Additionally, there will be a further group task and they need to pass at least three of the challenges in order to win a luxury food budget of £5 per person, per day.
Lisa and Siavash are werewolves, Rodrigo and Sophie are vampires, Marcus is a headless horseman, David a skeleton and Charlie is Dr Frankenstein with Bea being his monster.
The group task requires everyone to become zombies every time they hear the ghost train whistle.
The werewolves have already been on the prowl with Lisa and Siavash having to stay up until 2am (hardly a challenge) and get onto their rock each time they heard a wolf howl. Whilst there, they had to peel off their costumes to reveal their werewolf personas beneath and howl until they heard birds tweeting.
Meanwhile, Bea and Charlie were up to antics, trying to scare Siavash witless, knowing he is terrified of spiders. They hung a spider to the microphone above his bed and covered his bedding in talcum powder. Sitting waiting in anticipation, the pair were disappointed when Siavash failed to notice the spider or powder and got straight into bed. No shock, no screaming, no spats – just sleep!
The tension is building as we get closer and closer to the finale of Big Brother with just a couple of weeks to go till the end things are also hotting up in the betting stakes.
