La Liga Predictions: Sevilla To End Real Mallorca’s 100% Home Record

The surprise package of La Primera Division this season is undoubtedly Real Mallorca, who on the back of a 100% winning home record, are challenging for a Champions League qualification berth.

This Saturday it is Sevilla’s (2.75) turn to travel to Fortress Mallorca and attempt to put a halt to an incredible 11 game winning streak. Mallorca (2.45) know that victory will see them leapfrog Sevilla into 4th place and into the coveted Champions League positions.

Sevilla have recently reached the Copa del Rey Final beating Barcelona at the Nou Camp on route, as well as still being in the knockout stages of the Champions League but despite these facts go to Mallorca as slight underdogs.

In the reverse fixture this season Sevilla ran out 2-0 winners and they are certainly capable of claiming the three points again this Saturday evening. But the confidence and self-belief Mallorca have built up at home this season will count for a lot and they will believe they can win this match.

After 11 straight wins at home surely it is time for that run to come to an end as a decent Sevilla side are capable of claiming at least a draw. You can back the outright draw at a fair 3.25 or if you are feeling brave then choose the 1-1 draw at 6.50.
